Casadora is founded on a clear principle: each property is divided into shares, and every buyer becomes a full co-owner, with a notarial deed in their name, registered in France. This is not simply a temporary right of use, but true property ownership, just like a traditional purchase.
This means that you can:
– Sell your share at any time, at whatever price you set,
– Pass on your asset to your heirs as part of your estate,
– Rent it out via our property management service if you’re not using it certain periods.
Each property is managed transparently, overseen by a French notary, ensuring solid, secure legal protection for each owner.

This isn’t time-share?
No, Casadora has nothing to do with time-share (or tourist multi-ownership).
With time-share, you buy a temporary right of use over a given time period — often without any real connection to a particular property, and without the ability to freely resell or register the right with a notary.
With Casadora, you become a full co-owner of a real and identified property, registered with a French notary. Your share is resalable, transferable, and you are legally the owner of a real estate asset — not just an access right.

You have nothing to do: no splitting of charges, no cleaning to arrange, no calendar to manage among co-owners.
Each residence is managed by a private concierge service, handling everything: maintenance, cleaning, linens, greeting guests, assistance, schedule management… You arrive, everything’s ready.
Additionally, a dedicated administrator manages the co-ownership and ensures smooth coordination among different owners. You can even rent out your share at times via our service, with no hassle on your end.

Can I lend my property weeks to friends and family?
Yes, you can freely lend your weeks to friends or family members. As a co-owner, you have exclusive rights of use for a set number of weeks, and you’re free to let whomever you wish benefit from them.
You simply need to declare in advance the name of the person you’re lending the week to via your Casadora personal account. The concierge team will handle welcome, cleaning, and linens just as they would if you were coming yourself.
Your guest’s stay will have the same comfort and service as yours.
Note:
– There is no extra cost for lending.
– Rental to a third party is also possible, if you’d rather get income from unused weeks.

Where is the resort club located?
The Casadora Resort Club is located in El Jadida, on Morocco’s Atlantic coast, about 1 hour 15 minutes by taxi from Mohammed V Casablanca Airport (CMN). What are the annual fees to expect?
